Founded in 2025 by Ashley Thompson, Blade's Kitchen was created with one purpose in mind; to honor legacy, celebrate family, and serve unforgettable soul food made with love. 

Inspired by the strength, recipes, and traditions of her grandparents, Ashley built Blade's Kitchen to carry on her family name and the spirit of togetherness that surrounded every meal growing up. Around her table, food wasn't just food --- it was comfort, laughter, storytelling, and love served on a plate. That same feeling lives here.
