President's Message

Hello, what an interesting winter/spring we have been having - hope everyone is doing well!

This year's dues will be the same as last year, $85. If you have not paid yet, please remember the due date for payment is March 31, 2024. This amount represents the budgeted operating costs expected for 2024. You can see the budget and all our financials on the website https://sites.google.com/view/blackwalnutestates/home. 

Please pay your dues on time to avoid late fees in either cash or check. The HOA no longer accepts payments through PayPal. Please send your payment to the PO Box  listed below.

We have contracted with Lake Mills Lawn & Snow for the 2024 year. This was voted on during the last homeowner’s meeting on February 21, 2024. 

We have once again decided to have the Canadian geese eggs oiled to control the population that lives in the HOA. This should help with the nuisance of geese in people’s yards and the waste left on the sidewalks. We are contracting with the same person we have used in the past.
