3. Download BlackVue Viewer from www.blackvue.com > Support > Downloads and install it on your computer.

4. Run BlackVue Viewer. Select SD Card Viewer in the launcher page. Then Select SD Card Viewer in the launcher page.

I just got a Blackvue 590x with 32gb SD card. I had a Samsung EVO card laying around but when I popped it in, it kept rebooting. Worked fine with the 32 blackvue card. I formatted the card to FAT32 but still same error. I thought maybe I should get an approved card so I bought a samsung pro endurance and popped it in. Same error and rebooting. I checked the firmware via the phone app and it is already updated.

So apparently the wifi client and ap portion of the blackvues are linked together. Disabling cloud to disable wifi direct works but then the dashcam no longer connects to our internal wifi. Shoot... :/

i'll look into these. not really excited about revamping our entire dashcam structure but maybe if one of these other brands works close enough to the way blackvue does it wouldn't be such a harsh transition. ff782bc1db
