This Privacy Policy applies to the Black Strike mobile game (the “Game”), published and operated under the developer/publisher name “Arcane Galaxy Games” (the “Service Provider”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). “Arcane Galaxy Games” is a developer/publisher name and does not necessarily indicate a registered company. The Game is provided “AS IS”.

1) Overview
The Game is primarily offline and does not require user registration. We do not ask players to submit personal information such as name, email address, or phone number inside the Game. However, the Game uses third-party SDKs/services for advertising, analytics, diagnostics, and in-app purchases, and those services may collect certain device and usage data as described below.
2) Information you provide
- The Game does not collect personal information (name/email/phone) through in-game forms.
- If you contact us by email, you voluntarily provide your email address and the contents of your message. We use this only to respond and provide support.
3) In-App Purchases (Unity IAP / Apple App Store / Google Play Billing)
The Game offers in-app purchases. On iOS, purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) .On Android, purchases are processed by Google Play (Google Play Billing). We do not receive or store your full payment card details.
We may receive purchase-related information needed to deliver content and support purchase validation, such as product ID, purchase status, and transaction/receipt identifiers.
4) Information collected automatically
When you use the Game, certain information may be collected automatically by the Game and/or third-party SDKs, such as:
- Device type/model and device identifiers (including advertising ID where available)
- Operating system version, language, and general app/device settings
- IP address (often used for approximate region and network troubleshooting)
- Gameplay usage and performance information (analytics events, crash reports, diagnostics/performance data)
- Ad-related data (such as ad impressions, clicks, and frequency) when ads are shown
Tracking (App Tracking Transparency on iOS):
We may request permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework on iOS. If you allow tracking, we (and our advertising partners) may use device identifiers such as the IDFA to measure ad performance and deliver more relevant ads. If you choose "Ask App Not to Track," we will not access the IDFA and ads may be less relevant.
We use (and third parties may use) this information to:
- Provide and improve the Game
- Monitor stability and performance (e.g., crash/bug detection)
- Measure usage patterns and improve gameplay experience
- Show ads (if the Game is ad-supported)
- Enable and validate in-app purchases (where applicable)
- Help prevent fraud and abuse
5) Location information
The Game does not collect precise real-time GPS location.
However, approximate location may be inferred by third-party services from IP address (for example, for fraud prevention, compliance, or ad delivery).
6) Device permissions
The Game does not request sensitive device permissions (such as location, contacts, microphone, camera, or storage) for core gameplay.
7) Artificial Intelligence (AI)
The Game does not use AI technologies to process your personal data or provide AI-based features.

9) Sharing of information
We do not sell your personal information.
We may share information only:
- With service providers (such as Unity and Google Play) to operate ads, analytics, diagnostics, and in-app purchases

- You can stop further collection by uninstalling the Game.

Because the Game does not use accounts and does not collect personal information (name/email/phone) inside the Game, we may not be able to identify a specific player’s data unless you provide additional details.
- If you contact us by email, we can delete the support emails/messages you sent to us upon request.
- For data processed by third-party services (such as Unity Ads/Unity Analytics), please refer to their privacy policy and data-rights mechanisms. If you provide relevant information (for example, your device’s advertising ID and approximate dates of use), we will make reasonable efforts to help direct your request to the appropriate third-party service.

12) Children’s privacy
The Game is not intended for children and is not directed to users under the age of 13 (or the applicable age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
