True to my Arian nature, I am passionate about many things and usually jump in with both feet when I fall in love with a hobby or an interest. Thus, my obsession with Pilates, Yoga and creating non-toxic items. Each of these passions started during different seasons of my life and have led me to the here and now. This site was created to bring together my experiences over the years as a teacher and maker in one space to better share them with you.
Why Black Sheep?
In my opinion, the world could use more black sheep and less of going with the status quo. Embracing your inner black sheep is finding your own way no matter how unconventional or confusing it may be to others. Whether you're here to learn more about Pilates and yoga, non-toxic products, or both I'm happy you're here.
