Jesus Nazareno, also known as the Black Nazarene, is a life-sized, dark wooden statue of Jesus Christ carrying the cross to Calvary. Enshrined in the Quiapo Church (Minor Basilica and National Shrine of Jesus Nazareno) in Manila, Philippines, it is one of the most venerated religious icons in the country, believed by millions of devotees to be miraculous.
