TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By making a reservation with Black Line, you acknowledge and accept the following terms and conditions. You authorize Black Line to charge your account for all expenses associated with your reservation, including but not limited to the full reservation amount if you are considered a “no-show”.

Waiting Charges

AIRPORT PICKUPS

Black Line tracks the arrival times of all flights to ensure that your chauffeur is present at the terminal upon your disembarkation. Irrespective of any delays to your flight duration, standard waiting periods begin from the ACTUAL flight arrival time, rather than the scheduled arrival time.

If you require extra time at the airport, please advise at the time of reservation. You can do this by writing in comments/additional by emailing Sydney.limousine@hotmail.com

If no special pickup instructions are provided in the reservation request, Black Line will work around the ACTUAL landing time of the flight.

GENERAL PICKUPS

Black Line provides a complimentary waiting period of 10 minutes for your booking. Any further waiting time will incur charges in increments of 10 minutes, priced at $1.00 per minute.

MULTIPLE PICKUPS

If there are several pickups, a complimentary waiting period of 10 minutes is granted for the initial pickup only. Subsequent pickups receive a complimentary waiting period of 5 minutes each. Beyond this, additional waiting time will incur charges in blocks of 10 minutes at a rate of $1.00 per minute.

No-Show And Cancellation Policy

NO SHOW

Black Line offers a complimentary waiting period of 10 minutes. Following this, your chauffeur will wait an additional 10 minutes before marking the booking as a "No Show." If you anticipate needing extra waiting time, please contact us by phone, as waiting charges will be incurred.

CANCELLATIONS

Black Line requires the following as a minimum notice for cancellations:

General Transfers: 24 hours

Airport Arrivals: 24 hours

As Directed Hourly Hiring: 72 hours

All cancellations made outside of these times will result in a cancellation fee, which will be equivalent to 50% of total price quoted for reservation.

Cancellations made within 4 hours will result in a cancellation fee, which will be equivalent to 80% of total price quoted for reservation.

ALL “No shows” will be charged a cancellation fee, which will be equivalent to 100% of total price quoted for reservation.

Black Line requests a minimum 2-hour period (within office hours) for ANY amendments made to a booking.

SYDNEY CITY TO AIRPORT TRANSFERS QUOTES

Sydney Domestic Airport to Sydney CBD $90 Each way

Sydney International Airport to Sydney CBD $115 Each way

Hourly Rate: $110P/H Sedan, $125P/H SUV

Hourly Rate: $150 P/H Van

*Please contact us for all rates as these are dependent on the suburb, vehicle type, and hiring requirement.

PAYMENT METHODS

Black Line accepts payment via Visa, MasterCard & Direct Deposit at no charge. Payments made via American Express will attract a 3% service fee.

Monthly tax invoice statements and accounts can be setup for frequent travellers.
