License and Use
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to reverse engineer, distribute, or resell the app or its content.
Subscriptions, Billing, and Renewal
Some features require a subscription. Billing is handled through Apple’s App Store. Prices and terms are displayed before purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel at least 24 hours before renewal.
Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the same price unless otherwise stated. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime through your Apple ID settings.
Refunds
Refunds are subject to Apple’s policies. Please request refunds directly through the App Store support channels.
User Conduct
You agree not to use the app to engage in unlawful, harmful, or abusive activities. We reserve the right to restrict access for violations of these terms.
Disclaimer
The app is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy, reliability, or availability.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flit Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
