These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Black Friday Planner 2026, provided by ALILOU Digital LTD (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Black Friday Planner 2026 is a personal shopping-planning application designed to help users organize potential purchases, budgets, prices, offers, stores, priorities, and shopping activities.
The App is a planning tool only.
We do not guarantee that any product, retailer, discount, price, promotion, stock level, delivery estimate, or Black Friday offer will be available.
You should independently verify prices, availability, product specifications, retailer terms, and purchase conditions before making a purchase.
Black Friday Planner 2026 is an independent application.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, ALILOU Digital LTD is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected with retailers, marketplaces, manufacturers, or brands that may be referenced within the App.
Names and trademarks belonging to companies such as retailers or product manufacturers remain the property of their respective owners.
References to stores or products are provided for identification and organizational purposes.
You may add information including products, stores, prices, budgets, URLs, notes, lists, priorities, and purchase statuses.
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of information you add to the App.
You must not use the App to store or distribute unlawful, infringing, abusive, fraudulent, or malicious content.
The free version of Black Friday Planner 2026 may contain advertising.
Free users may currently create up to four products.
We may adjust free features in future versions, subject to applicable law and without removing ownership rights associated with valid purchases.
The App offers one optional paid product:
Black Friday Season Pass 2026
The Season Pass:
Is purchased through Apple's App Store.
Requires a single payment.
Does not renew automatically.
Unlocks unlimited products.
Removes advertisements while active.
Unlocks applicable Pro functionality.
Provides access through December 31, 2026.
The Season Pass is not a lifetime purchase and is not an automatically renewing subscription.
The displayed purchase price is determined by Apple according to your App Store storefront and may vary by country, currency, taxes, or Apple's pricing rules.
After the Black Friday Season Pass 2026 expires, the App may return to the Free access level.
Expiration will not intentionally delete products you created while Pro was active.
Existing products may continue to be viewed, edited, or deleted.
However, Free-tier limits may apply to the creation of additional products after the Season Pass expires.
For example, if you have more than four existing products after expiration, your existing products remain available, but you may need to reduce your total below the Free limit before creating additional products.
All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store.
We do not directly process your payment card information.
The App provides a Restore Purchase function where supported.
Purchase availability, payment processing, transaction history, refunds, and App Store account matters may also be governed by Apple's terms and policies.
The Free version may display Banner, Native, Interstitial, or other supported advertising formats.
Advertisements may be provided by third-party advertising providers such as Google.
Pro users with an active Season Pass are intended to receive an advertisement-free experience within the App.
Advertising availability may depend on connectivity, region, consent status, and third-party service availability.
The App does not guarantee that using it will result in financial savings.
Price comparisons, notes, budgets, priorities, or shopping decisions remain your responsibility.
The App does not provide financial, investment, legal, tax, or professional purchasing advice.
We attempt to provide a reliable application, but we do not guarantee that the App will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available.
Features may temporarily become unavailable because of device conditions, network connectivity, Apple services, advertising services, maintenance, operating-system changes, or circumstances outside our control.
We may fix, modify, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary.
The App, its original interface, software, design elements, graphics, documentation, and other original content are owned by or licensed to ALILOU Digital LTD and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may not copy, reverse engineer, reproduce, distribute, resell, or commercially exploit the App except where applicable law expressly permits such activity.
You may not use the App to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malware, abuse third-party systems, violate intellectual-property rights, commit fraud, or engage in unlawful activity.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the App, users, third parties, or comply with law.
The App is provided on an “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Product prices, retailer information, offer information, availability, budgets, and user-entered data may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate.
Always verify material information with the relevant retailer or service provider before completing a transaction.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer protections that cannot legally be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ALILOU Digital LTD will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses resulting from your use of the App, reliance on shopping information, missed promotions, price changes, retailer decisions, unavailable products, or third-party services.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.
Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Certain functionality depends on third-party services, including Apple and Google.
Their services are governed by their respective agreements and policies.
We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, transaction decisions, advertising decisions, or other actions controlled solely by those third parties.
If you downloaded the App through Apple's App Store, your use of the App is also subject to applicable Apple App Store terms.
Apple is not responsible for providing maintenance or support for the App except where required under Apple's applicable terms or law.
We may update the App and these Terms to reflect new functionality, legal requirements, security needs, or changes to third-party services.
Material changes will take effect according to applicable law.
The effective date at the top of these Terms identifies the latest version.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to ALILOU Digital LTD, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rights that apply in your country of residence.
Nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot legally be waived.
