ALILOU Digital LTD (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the Black Friday Planner 2026 mobile application (the “App”).
This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the App.
Black Friday Planner 2026 allows you to create and manage information such as products, shopping lists, prices, budgets, stores, notes, purchase priorities, and shopping status.
This information is primarily stored locally on your device.
We do not operate a user account system or require you to create an account to use the App.
We do not intentionally upload your shopping lists, product notes, budgets, or planning information to our own servers.
Deleting the App or deleting its local data may permanently remove information stored on your device, subject to any device-level backup services you use.
The free version of the App may display advertisements through Google Mobile Ads.
Google and its advertising partners may process certain technical, device, advertising, consent, and interaction information in order to provide, measure, secure, or personalize advertising where permitted.
The information processed by advertising providers is governed by their own privacy policies and applicable laws.
The App may use Google's User Messaging Platform (“UMP”) to obtain consent choices where required.
Where required by Apple, the App may request permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework before allowing tracking-related advertising functionality.
You may allow or deny this permission.
Declining tracking permission does not prevent you from using the core planning features of the App.
You can change your tracking permission through your device settings where supported by iOS.
Black Friday Planner 2026 uses Apple's StoreKit system for in-app purchases.
Purchases are processed by Apple.
We do not receive or store your credit card number, bank details, or Apple Account password.
The App may receive transaction and entitlement information from Apple so that it can determine whether your Black Friday Season Pass is active.
Apple's own privacy policy and App Store terms govern payment processing.
The App offers an optional Black Friday Season Pass 2026.
The Season Pass is a non-renewing purchase that unlocks Pro functionality through December 31, 2026.
Purchase and entitlement information is processed through Apple StoreKit.
The App itself does not require a personal profile.
However, third-party services integrated into the App, including advertising and Apple platform services, may automatically process limited technical information such as device or app identifiers, network information, diagnostics, advertising interactions, consent status, transaction information, or similar technical information.
The exact information processed can depend on your device settings, consent choices, location, and applicable law.
The App currently relies on services that may include:
Apple App Store and StoreKit for purchases.
Google Mobile Ads for advertising.
Google User Messaging Platform for advertising consent.
Apple App Tracking Transparency for tracking permission.
These companies process information according to their own terms and privacy policies.
Shopping and planning information stored locally remains on your device until you delete it, remove the App, or otherwise clear its data.
Information processed independently by Apple, Google, or other third-party providers is retained according to their respective policies.
We use reasonable technical and organizational practices intended to protect the App and its data.
Because much of your planning information is stored directly on your device, the security of your device, passcode, Apple Account, and device backups can also affect the security of that information.
No electronic system can guarantee absolute security.
Black Friday Planner 2026 is not specifically directed to children under 13 or any higher minimum age required by applicable local law.
We do not knowingly request children to provide personal information directly to us.
Third-party providers such as Apple and Google may process information in countries other than the country where you live.
Such processing is governed by their privacy practices and applicable data-protection laws.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights concerning personal information, including rights of access, deletion, objection, restriction, or withdrawal of consent.
Because most planner content is stored locally on your device, you can generally manage or delete that information directly within the App or by deleting the App.
For information controlled directly by Apple or Google, you may need to exercise your rights directly with those providers.
We may update this Privacy Policy when the App, legal requirements, or third-party services change.
The updated version will display a revised effective date.
Continued use of the App after an update is subject to the revised Privacy Policy.
