Question: How do I get coins?

Answer: You can get coins by:

Chatting in blacket.org/chat
Selling your blooks
Selling things on the Bazaar
Trading with people
Winning giveaways in Discord

Question: How long do I have to wait for my form to be accepted/denied?

Answer: The staff goes through Forms every single day, so you can assume that if you can't login after 24 hours of submitting your form that you've been denied.

Please submit another form if you still wish to get into Blacket, and I recommend watching my video here to ensure your form ticks all the boxes to be let in.

Question: How do I register for a form?

Answer: Go to blacket.org/register and create a username and password which you will remember. Then fill out the Form, which will be accepted or denied by a member of Staff in the next 24 hours.

Question: How do I know when my form has been accepted?

Answer: When you can login with the username and password you chose before filling out your form, that means your form was accepted and you can now play Blacket.

Question: How do I get badges in Blacket?

Answer: Visit the Roles Page for full info

There is a hierarchy of badges in Blacket:

Common, OG, Verified, Tester, Helper, Moderator, Admin, Owner

Every user is automatically assigned Common, then each role after that requires work:

OG: You must present sufficient evidence to a Staff member that you played Blacket V1 or Betastar
Verified: You must make Blacket videos on YouTube with at least 250 subs or be very well-known in Blacket.
Tester: This role isn't available as much as it used to be, as it was given out to people before Blacket V2 released who could test Blacket for bugs before its public launch. However, if you are well-known in the Blooket/Blacket community, you might get this from Xotic.
Helper: You have to be super active for this in both the Blacket Discord and on the Blacket Chat.
Moderator: If you're doing a super good job as helper, you can be promoted after a length of time if Xotic thinks you are worthy.
Admin: Same as above, but this will take you a long time. You need to be trusted fully.
Owner: Very difficult to get, but you can get owner if you either make significant contributions to Blacket overtime or if you are employed by Xotic. You need to know how to code to get owner.

Note: For each step in the hierarchy, a new level of trust comes with it. If Xotic cannot trust you to for example mute people in chat, or delete messages, or use mod commands on the server, regardless of how active you are, you will not get the role.

Also, DO NOT ASK TO GET PROMOTED! It rarely ever works and it is more likely to get you further away from promotion.

In short, Xotic has to like you for you to get promoted.

Question: Who can give out roles?

Answer: Only Owners can give out roles, but an owner requires permission from Xotic to give out a more senior role.

Question: Who is classed as "Staff Members"?

Answer: Anyone with Helper or above is classed as a Staff Member, as they have access to the #Staff channel in Discord.

Question: Who created Blacket?

Answer: Xotic created Blacket. He is the goat.

Question: When was Blacket created?

Answer: Blacket V2 released around 20th of December 2022, but Blacket V1 released many months before that, and the first similar project by Xotic (Betastar) released many months before that.

Question: What can people of each role do?

Answer: Visit roles page for full info

Testers get Blacket Plus for free and get their own channel in the Discord. Helpers can mute people and accept/deny forms. Moderators can ban people and accept/deny forms. Admins can do the same, but with a few more perms in the Discord. Owners have access to everything, and can do anything from changing your name to adding new packs.

You can get many badges in Blacket, however these (except plus) do not have any permissions with them - they are just for show.

PBE (Peanut Butter Joe) Badge: Weird one...nobody really knows how to get it.

Ankh badge: By pleasing the Goddess herself, Ankha.

Artist badge: By making a number of Blooks for a pack that fit the theme and styles of Blacket.

Plus badge: By purchasing Blacket Plus (One-time $10 purchase)

Question: What can I buy in Blacket?

Answer: There are three things you can buy in Blacket - Plus, 1 Hour Booster, 3 Hour Booster.

1 Hour: $4.99 - Boosts all the chances of Blooks by 1.5x to 3x for EVERYONE. (For one hour)

3 Hour: $9.99 - Boosts all the chances of Blooks by 2x to 3x for EVERYONE. (For three hours)

Question: How do I do gradients?

The best information on gradients can be found in my dedicated page here

To use a gradient in chat, you must put this code around your text:

<gradient=[right: red, yellow, cyan, white]>[Message]</g>

You can customise the direction of the gradient (use left or right mainly), and you can use up to seven colors in the gradient. You can use hex colors if you know how to if you want a more precise color scheme, or you can just use color names.

Question: Can I get infinite coins?

Answer: No. There is no way to add a number of coins to your account through scripts. A common thing people think upon submitting their form is that "I want to open boxes with unlimited coins", however this is not a feature of Blacket V2. If you want that, sign up to Blacket V1 - but note it is less advanced than Blacket V2.

Question: How do I get on the Leaderboard?

Answer: Dedication is required. You need to get lots of coins or lots of XP to get on either of the leaderboards.

Question: How do I get XP?

Answer: You can get XP by:

Question: How do I set a Blook as my profile picture?

Answer: Go to blacket.org/stats, click on the B icon (or maybe Blook icon) next to your username. Then you can choose your PFP from the Blooks you have unlocked.

Question: How do I trade?

Answer: Go to blacket.org/stats, and look for the little green box that says Trade. Then type in the username of the person you want to trade with. Additionally, you can look up a person's username first (by clicking view stats), then click Trade and that will also work.

Question: How do I change my banner?

Answer: To change your banner, you will need Blacket Plus.

Go to blacket.org/stats and click on your username. It will then come up with a menu of loads of banners you can choose from, and you can pick any!

Question: How do I change my name color?

Answer: You need Blacket Plus to do this.

Go to blacket.org/settings and click "Change Username Color".

From there, you can use the color picker to determine what color you want your username to be.

I recommend you set your username to match your profile picture + banner!

Question: How do I turn off trade requests?

Answer: Go to blacket.org/settings and find "Trade Requests: On".

Click it, and it will disable you from getting trade requests.

Question: What is the "Inventory" tab for?

Answer: The Inventory Tab is where people who buy boosters can see their boosters. They can then click on it to either use it, or to sell it.

Question: How do I get my daily free coins?

Answer: Go to blacket.org/stats, click "Claim Daily Rewards", and spin the wheel of misfortune to decide what you get.

Question: What can I sell on the bazaar?

Answer: You can sell Blooks and Boosts on the Bazaar.

To list a blook:

Go to blacket.org/blooks
Find the blook you want to sell for coins
Click on the blook and click "List" in the bottom right
Then type in the price you want to sell it for

To list a boost:

Go to blacket.org/inventory
Click on one of the boosts you have bought
List it for the number of tokens you think is right

Question: How can I unlist something from the bazaar?

Answer: To unlist, go to the Bazaar and click "Listings", usually in the top left corner. There you can see what you have listed (Blooks and Boosts), and to unlist it you simply have to click on your listing. It will then appear back in your Blooks or Inventory tab.

Question: How can I see a list of the Blooks I'm missing?

Answer: Go to https://github.com/BGCannotCode/Blacket-Utilities, go to the Global folder, find the script "MissingBlooks.js", copy the code, and paste it in the console on blacket.org/blooks. The console will then give a list of all the Blooks you are missing.

Question: Can I delete messages?

Answer: No. Only Helpers, Moderators, Admins and Owners can delete messages in chat (by right clicking on the message.)

Question: Will I be muted/banned for using the wrong channels?

Answer: There is a chance you will be muted or, in extreme cases, banned for using the wrong channels for the wrong conversations. Make sure you keep all your bot commands in #bot, all your buying and selling conversations in #trade, and all your other stuff in #global.

Question: How can I know how much a Blook is worth?

Answer: Death has an approximate value list here (https://sites.google.com/view/blacket-values), but it's important to note that values fluctuate every day due to the number of a blook in circulation.

If you think someone might be trying to rip you off, ask in the Discord chat or in Blacket #global.

EG: "Guys, idk if I might be overpaying. Is 100k for Golden Among Us too much?"

Then you should reach your answer!

However, do not send these messages too often please, as they get very annoying if overused.

Question: How do I connect my Blacket account to my Discord?

Answer: In the Blacket server, preferably in #bot, type the /login command, and enter your username and password.

This is entirely safe, and nobody - not even the owners - can see your password.

It's a very good idea to connect your accounts, and it is vital if you ever want a promotion in the Blacket server.

Question: Do I have to be in the Blacket server?

Answer: You no longer have to be in the Blacket Discord server. However, if you are looking for a promotion or want any badges, it is almost certain that you have to be in the Discord so we can contact you and sort out the situation best. Also, you probably won't get up to tester if you're not in the Discord.
