Our government administrations need help and one of those will be to make them realize how important is africa to all of us who live in it, and how they should treat that knowledge.
Siyabonga Ngcobo is a passionate community developer, growing up in a rural area in KZN, he started having visions at a very young age. When he tried to share his vision with a friend - the friend thought he was absurd and crazy.
He is a mobile app & web developer part-time. His visions are doubted by many but supported at heart by the same people. When he speaks everyone listens because his views are big that no govt. think they'll ever work.
