The assistant coach is responsible for a range of duties, including assisting with player development, preparing training sessions and game strategies, analyzing game footage, and providing feedback and instruction to players during practice and games

Their primary goal is to help players improve their physical capabilities, such as strength, speed, endurance, agility, and flexibility, to enhance their performance on the field and reduce the risk of injuries.

The founding fathers of Black Bison. His passion for rugby and his desire to create a rugby team has motivate him to form Black Bison that was open to players of all races, genders, and age. He were joined by a group of other players who shared their vision for a team that was inclusive and welcoming to players of all backgrounds.
