Congresswoman Val Hoyle Goes to Washington!

The Blackberry Pie Society gathered to give our new Congressional Representative Val Hoyle a send off as she left for Washington to begin her term as our representative!

Bohemia Mining Days Parade 

"All Humans are Diamonds" was the Blackberry Pie Society's response to the "Diamonds in the Rough" theme of the 2019 Bohemia Mining Days Parade.

Liberty for all humanity!

The Blackberry Pie Society won the "Most Spirited" award for its entry in the 2018 Bohemia Mining Days parade reminding us that the Statue of Liberty is a symbol that welcomes everyone to our country.

Bring Back FACTS was the theme of The Blackberry Pie entry in the 2017 Bohemia Mining Days Parade.

"Blow a Whistle," in honor of whistleblowers everywhere, was the The Blackberry Pie Society's entry in the 2015 Bohemia Mining Days Parade.

"Be Kind to All of Humanity" was the theme of the Blackberry Pie Society entry in the 2016 Bohemia Mining Days Parade in Cottage Grove.

An outpouring of thanks from people in Cottage Grove who wrote messages of appreciation to the Obamas for their service to our country.

Blackberry Pie Society in Washington DC!

Physicist and social activist Vandana Shiva with the Blackberry Pie Society's Bring Back FACTS bumper sticker.  Shiva founded the Research Foundation for Science, Technology, and Natural Resource Policy (RFSTN), an organization devoted to developing sustainable methods of agriculture, in 1982.
