This Privacy Policy explains how the Phone app ("App", "we", "us", "our") accesses, uses, stores, and shares data.
This policy is written for Google Play compliance, including User Data and Data Safety requirements.

2. Data We Access and Process
Depending on permissions you grant and features you use, the App may access or process:
1. Contacts data
Examples: contact names, phone numbers, labels, photos, favorites.
Purpose: contact list, search, add/edit contacts, caller identity display.
2. Call-related data
Examples: call history/logs, call status, incoming/outgoing numbers, blocked numbers.
Purpose: dialer features, recent calls, call actions, call screening/blocking.
3. Phone/account state
Examples: telephony state, SIM/phone account data needed to place/manage calls.
Purpose: calling features and SIM selection.
4. SMS action data (if permission granted)
Example: sending a quick reply SMS when declining a call.
Purpose: user-triggered quick response feature.
5. Advertising and attribution data (SDK-dependent)
Examples: advertising identifiers, app/device identifiers, ad interaction events, install attribution signals.
Purpose: ad delivery, ad measurement, fraud prevention, campaign attribution.
6. Analytics, diagnostics, and performance data
Examples: app events, crash logs, performance traces, technical diagnostics.
Purpose: stability monitoring, bug fixing, and app improvement.
7. Local app settings/content
Examples: quick message text, language, UI preferences, speed dial, local app settings.
Purpose: app functionality and personalization.
3. Advertising SDKs and Partners
Your build currently includes advertising SDK integrations, including:

Google mediation adapter for Meta Audience Network

These SDKs may process identifiers and usage signals for ad serving, attribution, and measurement under their own policies.

We do not sell your personal data.
We use third-party SDK/service providers, including:
Google Firebase (analytics, crash reporting, performance, messaging, remote config).
Google Play services / Play Core (in-app updates and in-app review).
Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads (advertising and measurement).
Meta Audience Network / Meta SDK components (advertising and measurement).

5. How We Use Data
We use data to:
Provide core dialer and call-management features.
Provide optional quick-reply SMS when initiated by you.
Deliver and measure ads (where ads are enabled).
Detect abuse/fraud and improve ad and app quality.
Diagnose crashes and performance issues.
Store and apply your in-app preferences
6. Data Retention
On-device data is retained until you delete it, clear app data, or uninstall.
Third-party service data (analytics, ads, diagnostics, attribution) is retained per each provider's retention settings/policies.
7. Your Choices and Controls
You can:
Grant/deny/revoke app permissions in Android Settings.
Reset or limit ad identifiers in Android privacy settings.
Limit ad personalization in your Google/Android settings where available.
Delete local app data via in-app actions, Android app settings, or uninstalling the app.
8. Data Deletion
For local data, you can:
Use in-app delete/edit controls where available.
Clear app storage/cache in Android settings.
Uninstall the app.
For third-party processed data, contact us first at the privacy contact above and we will guide you to the relevant provider process where applicable.
9. Security
We apply reasonable safeguards such as Android permission controls, platform sandboxing, and restricted data access by feature.
No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your region). We do not knowingly target children with personalized advertising.
11. International Transfers
Third-party providers may process data in countries other than your own. Those providers are responsible for their transfer safeguards under applicable law.
