Opportunities

Some responsibilities of the committee members are to track member registrations, answer questions from members and follow-up with new members to help them access the portal. Committee also creates and sends out member certificates. Meetings are occasional through out the fiscal year.

Members are currently developing the mentorship program and will be responsible for running the:

• Student Mentor Program: pairing current student(s) who desire a mentor with experienced practitioners

• Business Mentorship Program: creating small group or individual connections with practitioners who desire coaching or mentorship from practitioners with expertise in particular areas.

Members are currently developing fundraising and scholarships and will be responsible for:

• Creation of a scholarship(s) for current students or those who want to enter acupuncture school: establish criteria for eligibility

• Creation of community grant for members who are giving back to community

• Fundraising: seek donations/ create fundraising opportunities to fund scholarships
