🔷 HOW OUR PROCESS WORKS

1️⃣ Contract & Contact

Once contracted, clients will send gate passes via text or email for vehicles in the scheduled load.

2️⃣ Vehicle Location

We use the provided gate pass information to locate vehicles inside the auction lot.

3️⃣ Vehicle Preparation

We:

• Start vehicles using key or jump start

• Damage reports are available upon request

• Check tire condition

• Make reasonable efforts to ensure vehicles are transport-ready

• Add air if needed

• Assist if low on fuel when possible
  
  

(some services are unavailable when auction staff assigned to this role are off the clock).

4️⃣ Security & Delivery

We:

• Pull vehicles through the auction security gate/checkpoint

• Park vehicles in the designated loading lot

• Stage vehicles for transport driver pickup
  
  

If the truck driver is delayed, we make reasonable accommodations whenever possible.
