•      Making connections between students and possible employers in the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors to facilitate campus placements.

•      Using skill development, soft skills training, and simulated interviews to get students ready for industry expectations.

•      Offering career advising and support on a range of career paths, such as entrepreneurship, industry, research, and academia.

•      Setting up industrial training and internships to expose students to the real world and provide them with practical experience in pharmaceutical practice settings

•      Forming alliances with medical facilities, research institutes, and pharmaceutical businesses to increase placement chances.

•      Monitoring and keeping placement records in order to assess placement effectiveness and guide future tactics.

•      Organising workshops, seminars, and guest lectures with professionals in the field to improve professional development.

•      Assisting students with application procedures and resume construction according to various pharmacy career options.

•      Fostering leadership and problem-solving abilities by offering venues for collaborative projects and hands-on learning.

•      Tracking student development and recruiters' comments to enhance placement training over time and match industry demands.
