About me
Hi! I am an assistant professor at the Department of Macro, International, and Labour Economics at Maastricht University's School of Business and Economics.
Before, I was a postdoctoral researcher at Cornell University's Department of Economics and School of Industrial and Labor Relations, and at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam's Department of Economics. I received my Ph.D. in Economics from Maastricht University in 2022.
In my research, I mainly use field experiments to understand how expectations, information, and guidance shape individuals' human capital investments, labor supply decisions, and long-term outcomes. Under Research, you'll find what projects I am currently working on. You can also find my CV.
