🌟 Quick Start Guide: Setting Up Your Dashboard & Getting Started

1. Log Into Your Consultant Dashboard

• Go to BedroomKandi.com or KandiKoated.com.

• From the login dropdown, select BKBC Login (not customer login).

• Enter the email/password you used at signup. Reset if needed.

• This brings you to your Consultant Dashboard – your hub for business.

2. Locate Your Consultant Information

• Scroll to My Info.

• Find your:

  • Consultant ID – needed for websites, sales, and customer support.

  • Upline contacts – your sponsor, their sponsor, and so on. These are people you can reach out to directly for help.

3. Publish Your Websites

• From Quick Links, click Settings (gold).

• Choose Edit Contact Info.

• Scroll to Consultant Web Pages.

• Toggle Publish My Page → then click Submit Changes.

• Your websites are now live:

  • BedroomKandi.com/YourID

  • KandiKoated.com/YourID

• ✅ You’re officially in business! No bio, photo, or social media setup required to start.

4. Set Up Payment (So You Get Paid!)

• From your dashboard, go to Debit Card Enrollment.

• Apply for a ProPay Debit Card ($9.95/year).

• Once approved, check the Debit Card Enrollment box in your dashboard.

• This ensures commissions are direct-deposited monthly.

• 💡 Tip: You don’t need the physical card in hand; you can transfer funds to your bank account for $0.30 per transaction.

5. Create Your First Party

• Go to the Parties (purple) section.

• Select New Home Party.

• Give it a simple name (e.g., “September Orders”), pick today’s date, and list yourself as the host.

• Save – this generates a Party ID.

• All orders placed through the dashboard must be tied to a Party ID (even if it’s just your personal orders).

6. Place Your First Order

• Go to the Orders (pink) section → Party & Host Ordering.

• Choose your party, then New Order.

• Use the Search function to find products.

• Enter items, verify shipping, and submit.

• After you place the order, wait about 15 minutes for your invoice to appear in the dashboard.

• Pay the invoice (at your discounted consultant rate), and your customer’s order will ship.

• If you collected payment at the party, the difference between retail price and your invoice is your immediate profit.

7. Start Sharing & Selling

• Give friends, family, and party guests your replicated site links.

• Always provide your Consultant ID and Party ID to ensure credit and hostess rewards.

• Collect payments at parties (Square, Zelle, Venmo, CashApp, etc.) or direct people to order on your site.
