ADMISSION

Full compliance with the following requirements is a pre-requisite for admission:

• OLD STUDENTS

For admission, kindly go directly at the school office.

• Photocopy of Report Card without failing / incomplete grades

• NEW STUDENTS

Pre-Kinder (4 years old on or before October 31, 2026):

• Completed Registration Form 

• Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate

• Health Record

Kindergarten (5 years old on or before October 31, 2026):

NOTE: If the student will turn 5 years old between November 1 to December 31, 2026, he/she can be admitted to Kindergarten in the condition of: (1) ECCD Completer; or (2) Entrance Exam Passer

• Completed Registration Form 

• Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate

• Health Record

• Entrance Examination Fee (Php 300.00)

Grade 1 (6 years old) to Grade 6:

NOTE: Grade 1 must have an LRN upon enrollment.

• Completed Registration Form 

• Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate

• Original Copy of Form 137 / SF10 with School Seal & Learner Reference Number (LRN)

• Good Moral Certificate with School Seal

• Recommendation Letter

• Entrance Examination Fee (Php 300.00)

Junior High School

• Completed Registration Form 

• Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate

• Original Copy of Form 137 / SF10 with School Seal & Learner Reference Number (LRN)
