About me:
My primary focus lies in family economics and Japan. The University of Cologne provided me with the opportunity of spending a semester at the Hitotsubashi University in my Bachelor, and a year at the Sophia University in my Master's on separate exchanges. Thanks to the time at these formidable universities in Tokyo, my desire grew to professionalize my connection to Japan. I speak Japanese, and work with my Sensei every week to further improve my level, which currently corresponds to the second-highest level of the Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT N2). Last year, the German Institute for Japanese Studies granted me a four-month scholarship to deepen my studies in Tokyo, and I now seek to broaden my experience in Japan at the next professional level.
