Welcome to Bizztack (“Bizztack,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Bizztack mobile application and related services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using Bizztack, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Bizztack. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal authority to agree to these Terms.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and current information and to notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Bizztack offers paid subscription plans that provide access to premium features. Payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store using RevenueCat. Subscription fees, billing cycles, and free trials (if offered) are managed by the respective app store.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device’s app store account settings. We do not directly handle refunds. Refunds are subject to Apple and Google’s policies.

4. Not Financial or Legal Advice

Bizztack provides tools to track sales, inventory, expenses, and cash flow. The information and insights provided by Bizztack are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, accounting, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for your financial decisions and business operations. We recommend consulting qualified professionals for financial or legal guidance.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to:

Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems

Reverse engineering, copying, or reselling the Service

Using Bizztack for unlawful purposes

Interfering with the performance or security of the app

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of Bizztack is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and processing of data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Service Availability

We strive to keep Bizztack available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change, be modified, or be discontinued at any time without notice.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software associated with Bizztack are owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written permission.

9. Termination

You may stop using Bizztack at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Bizztack is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, secure, or meet your specific needs.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bizztack and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or by other reasonable means. Continued use of Bizztack after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
