Central Intermediate PTO
WELCOME
Please take a minute to browse our new website. We have tried to make this a one stop shop for all your information needs. You can purchase PTO membership, Spirit Wear, find Spirit Night information and any other upcoming events or projects on the calendar.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are here to help by providing supportive measures, both academic and recreational for your children.
What is the PTO?
PTO stands for Parent Teacher Organization. We are a 501(c)3 non-profit organization with the sole purpose of supporting your students, parents, teachers, staff, administrators and school. We do this through fundraisers and grants. The fundraisers help support your kids inside and outside the classroom. We can give grants for big things like additional playground equipment, as well as support for small things like extra classroom supplies for students and teachers. We can also provide additional learning opportunities such as field trips which might not otherwise take place due to funding. The money we raise carries from one year to the next allowing us to take on larger financial projects.
How can I make the PTO successful?
Become a PTO member and volunteer! Where there is a will, there is a way. We all have ideas and skills to help the PTO reach goals. We are so happy to have your support and welcome you to join us! By becoming a PTO member for a small $7 fee, you will be contributing to the overall success of the PTO. Besides becoming a member of the PTO, you can help by participating in fundraisers, purchasing Spirit wear, monetary donations or donating your time to help with any of our projects. We look forward to working with YOU!
This year has been exceptionally challenging regarding traditional fundraising methods. Please consider donating to help support the PTO's efforts to help us achieve our goals this year.
Thank you!
Hop on over to our Spirit Store and check out our latest spirit designs. We are always looking for new, fun and creative ways to show our school spirit. So, feel free to share any ideas you may have for future designs.
Thank you!

If it is your student's month to receive their "taste of freckles", please refer to the weekly purchase method for that month. Otherwise, the last Friday's freckle will go into the donation for the "taste of freckles" program. Please click the individual months below to make your selections. You can add multiple months at a time for easy check out!
Taste of Freckles is a program we created to ensure all Bixby Central Intermediate students experience Freckles Frozen Custard and Shaved Ice at least one time per year free of charge.
The way this works is each month, one lunch period will receive the "Taste of Freckles" the last Friday of the month. The PTO will let the teachers know when their class has been chosen to receive the "Taste of Freckles." The teacher will ask each student in the class what flavor they would like to receive. That information will be turned into the PTO by the Monday before the event. That Friday, the whole class will have FREE ice cream at lunch time!
The preferred method of donation is cash or check dropped off at the front office of CI to avoid transactions fees. Please make checks payable to Bixby Central Intermediate PTO. Donations are also accepted here through the square site.
Thank you so much for your donation!
