This Privacy Policy describes our policies and procedures on the collection, use, and disclosure of your information when you use the Service and informs you about your privacy rights and how the law protects you. We use your personal data to provide and improve the Service. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Interpretation
The words with the initial letter capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. These definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural.

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy:
* Account means a unique account created for you to access our Service or parts of our Service.

* Personal Data is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual, including but not limited to Age, Gender, Location, and Videos/Photos (Legal compliance is displayed and will not be used for other commercial purposes).
* Service refers to the Application.

This includes third-party companies or individuals employed by the company to facilitate the Service, provide the Service on behalf of the company, perform services related to the Service, or assist the company in analyzing how the Service is used.
* Usage Data refers to data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself (e.g., the duration of a page visit).
* You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service. While using our Application, with your prior permission, we may collect:

Your information, including Personal Data, is processed at the company's operating offices and other places where the parties involved in the processing are located. Children's Privacy
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under 18. If you are a parent or guardian and aware that your child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we discover that we have collected Personal Data from anyone under 13 without parental consent, we will take steps to remove that information from our servers. Inapproprite Content And Misconduct
At 3Wave, we are committed to maintaining a positive and respectful environment for all users. We do not tolerate inappropriate content or behavior and are dedicated to ensuring that our community remains welcoming and safe.
Reporting Inappropriate Content and Misconduct
If you encounter any inappropriate content or behavior, we encourage you to report it. You can do so by using the "Report" link available on a user's profile or within the messaging interface. Additionally, you can contact our Customer Support team directly. We aim to review and take appropriate action on reports within 24 hours. Actions may include removing reported content or expelling users who violate our guidelines.
Blocking Users
To prevent further interactions with users who engage in inappropriate or abusive behavior, you can block them. Use the "Block" link on a user’s profile or within the messaging experience. Once blocked, content from these users will be hidden from your view. To manage your blocked users, navigate to Resident, click the Settings icon and then access the Block List.
We appreciate your help in maintaining a respectful community by reporting and blocking users who violate our standards.
Links to Other Websites
Our Service may contain links to other websites not operated by us. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that third party's site. We strongly advise reviewing the Privacy Policy of every site you visit. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.
Subscription Info
From time to time, 3Wave may offer products and services for purchase (“in-app purchases”) through the App, including but not limited to subscriptions. If you choose to make an in-app purchase, you will be prompted to confirm your purchase with the applicable payment provider. Your payment provider’s terms and conditions will apply to your purchase, and you should review them before making a purchase.
* Payment will be charged to the iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
* Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
* Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
* You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings in the iTunes Store.
* If you don’t choose to purchase or 3Wave doesn't offer a subscription, you can continue using and enjoying 3Wave for free.
