I am a quantitative social researcher working on population health, and aging. I study how migration, socio-economic conditions, and environmental exposures shape health and well-being across the life course, using large-scale survey data and advanced econometric modelling. Alongside my academic work, I contribute to governance evaluations and public service delivery reforms as a Consultant at the National Centre for Good Governance, Government of India.

When I’m not modelling data, I’m surfing inside a novel, trying to middle a cover drive, or catching the thrill of a clean nutmeg.
