Bitisy ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Bitisy mobile application (the "Service"). We value your personal information and privacy, and this Privacy Policy clarifies our practices regarding the collection, use, storage, transfer, disclosure and protection of your personal data when you use our Service, as well as your related rights and choices.
By downloading, installing, registering, logging in or using the Bitisy app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to this Privacy Policy (including updates). If you disagree, please do not use our Service. Terms not defined herein have the same meaning as in our Terms and Conditions.
To ensure Service operation, improve quality and provide personalized, secure experiences, we only collect necessary information as follows:
Personal Data refers to information that can identify your identity. We may ask you to provide it actively, including but not limited to:
Basic identification: First name, last name (for account registration, authentication, payment, etc.);
Geographic location: Detailed address, city, ZIP code (for location-based services, receiving physical goods, etc.);
Contact information: Email address, phone number (for registration verification, service notifications, customer support);
Identified Cookies and Usage Data: Associated with your identity to ensure consistent service experience.
Usage Data is non-personal information automatically collected during your use, helping us understand usage habits and optimize the Service, including:
Device information: Mobile device type/model, unique identifier (IMEI, IDFA), IP address, OS version, browser type/version;

Clipboard: For copying invitation links/IDs (triggered by your active operation);
Photo album: For sending/uploading photos in chats or status updates (requires your active selection);
Audio recording: For video/voice chat (activated when you turn on the microphone);
Camera: For video chat (activated when you turn on the camera);
Bluetooth: For using Bluetooth headsets during calls (temporary location permission may be needed for pairing, no location information collected);
Push notification: For service reminders (message, activity, security), which can be disabled via device settings;
App detection: Verify installation of WhatsApp (for sharing) and Google Play Store (for payment), no access to third-party app data.
We only use your information for the following purposes with your consent or as required by law:
Provide and maintain the Service: Account management, identity verification, processing requests, and basic function operation;
Notify Service changes: Inform you of function updates, service adjustments, term changes, etc.;
Support interactive participation: Record participation in comments, likes, activities, and distribute rewards;
Customer support: Verify identity, understand and solve your problems;
Optimize the Service: Analyze desensitized user behavior to improve functions and experience;
Monitor Service usage: Evaluate operation effects and ensure stable operation;
Address technical issues: Detect and fix app crashes and functional failures;
Ensure security: Prevent fraud, malicious attacks and account theft, protect user and our rights.
Your data may be transferred to and stored on servers outside your region. If you are outside the People's Republic of China, your use of the Service implies consent to cross-border data transfer to China.
We will take necessary security measures (sign data processing agreements, conduct security assessments) to ensure data security, and will not transfer to parties without sufficient protection measures.
We will not arbitrarily disclose your Personal Data to third parties except in the following circumstances:
Disclose when necessary to comply with laws, respond to judicial procedures, protect our rights, prevent illegal acts, ensure public safety, or avoid legal liability.
Disclose to designated third parties with your explicit consent.
Disclose to affiliated companies for Service improvement and account management, with strict compliance with this Policy.
Disclose to third-party service providers (data storage, payment, analysis) within the scope of entrusted services, with confidentiality obligations.

We engage third-party service providers (including Google Analytics for usage analysis) who must comply with data security requirements. You can opt out of Google Analytics via device settings. We are not responsible for third-party privacy policies.
The Service may contain third-party links. We have no control over third-party sites and are not liable for their content or privacy practices. You should review their policies before providing personal information.
We are committed to preventing child sexual abuse and exploitation, complying with relevant laws and child safety standards. Core measures:
Strict age restrictions: Users must be over 18, minors prohibited; forging age information leads to account termination;
Dual content moderation: UGC is reviewed by algorithms and professionals to remove non-compliant content;
Clear code of conduct: Prohibit child grooming, sexual extortion, etc., and report violations to authorities;
Convenient reporting: In-app reporting tools with 24-hour response, protecting reporter identity;
Multi-party cooperation: Cooperate with child protection organizations and law enforcement agencies.
We will issue annual transparency reports on child protection progress.
UGC refers to content you submit to the Service. Key provisions:
UGC includes text, images, videos, etc. We have the right to review, edit or refuse publication. UGC is non-confidential and may be viewed by other users.
You grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free license to use your UGC globally. You warrant that you own or have authorized UGC rights, and have obtained consent from individuals featured in UGC (parental consent for minors).
UGC must comply with laws (no infringement, defamation, discrimination) and be true and objective. Violations may result in account suspension, UGC deletion and liability for our losses.
We retain your data during account activation. We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes in this Policy, or as required by law (e.g., tax, legal, or accounting requirements). Once the retention period ends, data is anonymized or securely deleted.
You can exercise the following choices:
Manage cookies via browser settings;
Opt out of push notifications via device settings;
Turn off device permissions (GPS, microphone, etc.) or adjust in-app privacy settings;
Choose not to provide non-essential personal data (may affect specific functions);
Manage advertising identifiers via device privacy settings;
Edit personal information via in-app "Personal Profile".
You have the right to access, correct, delete your Personal Data, withdraw consent, request data portability and object to processing. Submit requests via in-app "Help/Feedback" or official email. We will verify your identity and respond promptly.
We may update this Policy. Material changes will be notified 30 days in advance via prominent channels. Continuing to use the Service after updates implies acceptance. The "Effective date" will be updated accordingly.
