If you delete the app, reset your device, or clear app storage, your data will be permanently lost.
The App uses a third-party error monitoring service, Sentry, to collect technical crash reports and diagnostics when the App encounters errors.
This may include limited technical information such as:

Operating system version
App version
Error messages and stack traces
Date and time of the crash
This information is used solely to identify, diagnose, and fix technical issues to improve app stability and performance.
No personally identifiable information is intentionally collected or transmitted through this process.
While the App functions offline and stores user-generated data locally on your device, technical crash diagnostics may be securely transmitted to our error monitoring provider when an error occurs.

It is not a medical app and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. Always consult a qualified professional before making significant health or fitness changes.
Because we do not collect personal information, the App is suitable for general audiences.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction).

All app data exists solely on your device.
If you uninstall the App, all locally stored data is permanently removed.
