About the Baker

For as long as I can remember, I’ve loved to bake, and to share my creations with family and friends. The technicality and chemistry behind baking piques my interest.

It has long been a dream of mine to open a cottage kitchen, and I’m so excited to make this dream a reality! I’m still very early in my baking journey, and look forward to seeing where this road takes me.

As for my background, I am Filipino-American, and a second-generation immigrant. I have a sweet husband, an adorable baby, and a really cute dog.

When I’m not baking, I work as an RN in labor and delivery, and enjoy watching baking competitions, reading, painting with watercolors, exploring historic towns, and discovering new hobbies that get me working with my hands.
