Muli pong pinapaalala ng aming opisina na patuloy pa rin ang pag tanggap ng applications para sa mga hindi pa nakakakuha ng kanilang Fuel Cards mula sa Fuel Subsidy Program na inilunsad ng Department of Transportation (DOTr) at Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LFTRB).

Mangyare lamang magtungo sa aming opisina sa LTFRB Bicol Regional Government Center, Rawis, Legazpi City simula MAY 13, 2022, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM upang mag apply para sa inyong mga fuel cards at dalhin ang mga sumusunod ng dokumento na kailangan sa pag proseso ng subsidiya:
1. ORIGINAL and PHOTOCOPY of OR/CR – (3 copies)2. Two valid ORIGINAL Identification Document:Barangay ID (photo-bearing);Philippine Passport from Department of Foreign Affairs;Driver’s License from LTO;SSS ID or SSS UMID Card;GSIS ID or GSIS UMID Card;PRC ID;NBI Clearance;PhilHealth ID (Digitized PVC);Postal ID;Voter’s ID;Senior Citizen Card;OWWA ID;OFW ID;Integrated Bar of the Philippines ID;3. Pinapaalalahan ang lahat na limitado lamang ang maaring i-accommodate sa aming mga opisina dahil sa patuloy na banta ng COVID 19 at huwag kalimutang sumunod sa lahat ng standard health protocols.
Para naman sa PARTIAL LIST ng mga gasoline stations na tatanggap ng Pantawid Pasada Program (PPP) card kung san inilagay ang fuel subsidy, mangyaring i-click ang link na ito: https://tinyurl.com/eckfud7a
Para sa mga PPP cardholders, hanapin ang mga gasolinahan na may PPP signage kung saan pwedeng magamit ang fuel subsidy. Sa mismong paggamit ng PPP card:1.Ive-verify ng gasoline attendant ang plate number ng PUJ ay kapareho ng nakalagay sa PPP card;2.Isa-swipe ng gasoline attendant ang PPP card para i-check ang account balance;3.Kapag may wastong laman, kakargahan ng gasoline ang PUJ;4.Muling isa-swipe ang PPP card para mabayaran ang ipinakargang gasoline.
Mahigpit na pinapaalala ng ahensya na gagamiting lang ang fuel subsidy sa pagbili ng gasolina sa mga gas station at hndi sa iba pang mga gastusin.
