Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”, “Agreement”) carefully before using our GBA emulator app (“the App”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the App

You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, modify, or decompile the App
  
  

• Use the App for illegal purposes
  
  

• Upload or share copyrighted content without authorization
  
  

• Bypass any security features of the App
  
  

2. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, logo, and code are the property of Tranquil Mind Technology JSC and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

We do not provide any game ROMs. Users are solely responsible for legally obtaining and using any game content.

3. User Content

You are fully responsible for any content you load or interact with through the App. We do not host or distribute copyrighted game files or ROMs.

4. Subscriptions & Payments (Mandatory for Apple)

Some features of the App may be available through auto-renewable subscriptions. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the time of confirmation of purchase.
  
  

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  
  

• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  
  

• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings at any time.
  
  

• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when a subscription is purchased.
  
  

5. Advertising and Tracking

The App contains third-party advertising and analytics tools that may collect and process user data. By using the App, you consent to the use of such services, as explained in our Privacy Policy.

6. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all devices.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the App
  
  

• Any loss or corruption of game data or content
  
  

• Unauthorized access to your device
  
  

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted in the App or via an updated release. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
