Industrial Experiences:

1. Engineer Trainee, Quality & Process Control Engineer (QC, PPC & MIC)

• Iron & Steel Casting Foundry (various white cast iron casting parts, steel cast, chrome-moly steel, melting, heat treatment, quality measurement & testing and inspection, loss prevention and improvements and also raw materials quality testing)

2. Production Engineer, Shift-in-Charge (Melting & Quality)

• Steel-Making Industry (raw materials handling and quality inspection, steel melting as per specifications, continuous casting, and specification measurements and performance testing)

3. Head of Quality and Process Control (combined in-charge of ongoing plant and the newly developing plant, with plant and lab development and design)

• Steel Casting Foundry (various manganese-steel parts, steel components and cast parts, process & production design, quality measurements, team lead, safety measurements, floor management, man-power handling, lab handling and internal auditor)
