• September 2023- Till Date

Working as Associate Professor in the Department of Electronic Science, University of Delhi South Campus which is declared as Institute of Eminence by Ministry of Education, Government of India. The focus primarily lies on teaching cum research in RF & Microwave Engineering, Antennas, Dielectric Resonators, Computational Techniques in Electromagnetics, Product Design in electronics.

• October 2019 - September 2023

Worked as Assistant Professor Grade I in the Discipline of Electronics & Communication Engineering, with PDPM Indian Institute of Information Technology Design & Manufacturing (PDPM-IIITDM), Jabalpur which is an Institute of National Importance. The focus primarily lies on teaching cum research in RF & Microwave Engineering, Antennas, Dielectric Resonators, Computational Techniques in Electromagnetics, Product Design in electronics.

• May 2015 – October 2019 

Worked as Assistant Professor Grade II in the Discipline of Electronics & Communication Engineering, with PDPM Indian Institute of Information Technology Design & Manufacturing (PDPM-IIITDM), Jabalpur which is an Institute of National Importance. The focus primarily lies on teaching cum research in RF & Microwave Engineering, Antennas, Dielectric Resonators, Computational Techniques in Electromagnetics and ICT Tools for learning technologies in Technical Education.

• November 2009 – October 2019

Worked as Research Engineer with PDPM Indian Institute of Information Technology Design & Manufacturing (PDPM-IIITDM), Jabalpur which has been established by MHRD, Govt. of India. The main objective was to enhance the practical learning among students through workshops and Learning Technologies.

• June 2009 – November 2009

Worked as Senior Engineer with Eminent Networks Pvt. Ltd. The company was established under the aegis of Himachal Futuristic Communications Pvt. Ltd. Group (HFCL). The main focus was RF & Microwave planning for Back haul systems, IP Radios operation and deployment.

Software Used- AIRCOM CONNECT Software, MapInfo Viewer.

Administrative Accomplishments/ Assignments:-

3.      Branch Counselor, IEEE Student Branch, IIITDM Jabalpur. (2017-2018)

4.      Member, Placement Cell, PDPM IIITDM Jabalpur (2015 – 2019).

5.      Member, Institute Counselling Services which aids the students in resolving their issues with respect to studies, adjusting to new environment, counselling students to avoid them enter in phase of depression, etc…(2010-11, 2014-onwards).

6.      Member, Anti Ragging Committee of the Institute (2011-12).

7.      Established the Microwave Radiation Lab & Communication Systems Lab at IIITDM Jabalpur.
