We make every effort to display the colors and textures of our ladies' apparel as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary slightly depending on your monitor or device screen settings.
All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Online Booking & Delivery

We offer nationwide delivery services across Bangladesh. Delivery timelines and charges vary depending on your location (Dhaka or outer districts) and will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
While we strive to meet standard delivery times, Bismillah Ladies Fashion is not responsible for unexpected delays caused by courier logistics, weather conditions, or political disruptions.

4. In-Store Shopping & Pickup

Customers are welcome to visit our designated outlets for in-store shopping or to pick up their pre-booked online orders.
For in-store pickups, customers must provide proof of booking or order confirmation details at the counter.

5. Return and Exchange Policy

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify our customer support team via Phone/WhatsApp (+880 1788-378889) within 24-48 hours of delivery.
Products must be returned unused, unwashed, with all original tags intact, and in their original packaging.
Exchange requests are subject to stock availability. Clearance or promotional sale items are typically not eligible for return or exchange unless defective.
