We strongly recommend athletes planning to play volleyball in the fall to participate in the Sanford Sports training at BHS! We have seen great success and improvements in our athletes! This is a great way to stay active and get yourself ready in the off-season! Training with Sanford Sports will be incorporated twice a week for all JV/V athletes during the season and this is a great way to lead in to that!
