Originally from Bismarck, ND, Rachel has been coaching Gymnastics for over 35 years.  This is Rachels 10th year coaching the Bismarck Public Schools Gymnastics Teams.  She has over 20 years of experience as an athletic trainer as well as over 10 years of teaching in the K-12 setting. 

In 2023 Rachel was awarded “Coach of the Year”
