High Performance

Our Athletics program at Bishop Reding is second to none! Over the past 3 years we have participated in over 30 HCAA Championship games, won 24 HCAA titles, 6 GHAC championships and attended OFSAA over 10 times, medaling each time!

Our programs are as successful as they are because of our dedicated volunteers - our coaches! Their level of expertise in their field is unmatched. A number of our coaches are experienced NCAA/USPORT athletes, have coaching certifications and some have even played at the professional level. 

HIGH PERFORMANCE - we accommodate all high achieving student-athletes. Athletes who require specialized timetables due to the demands of their training schedule thrive in our school. Numerous provincial and national level athletes have graced these halls - 2020 Olympian Ben Preisner, Liam Miller 3 time OFSAA Gold Medalist at Pole Vault, and Kwaku Boatang CFL player just to name a few. Last year alone we sent 16 graduates to play their sport at the next level.
