Instructions for Talks

Each talk will be 12 minutes + 3 minutes for questions.

Please stick to the times, as we have a packed schedule! 

You can either present by using your own laptop or by connecting a USB flash drive containing your presentation. Please check during the breaks that everything works correctly.

All talks should be given in English.

Instructions for Posters

Poster size should be:

90cm * 120cm in portrait mode ; or

70cm * 100cm in landscape mode. 

You can find templates here: 90cm * 120cm,  70cm * 100cm. 

We would love to print your poster for you!

If you are interested, send us your poster by Tuesday, September 2, 2025, in a PDF format.

The PDF itself must be in the correct size.
