The Book List

Once I have read that reading a book is akin to living through that book's narrative. Each of us has only a single life to live, but books can provide us with experiences from lives of many people. Apart from life lessons, there are many books which inspire me, teach me and offer a different view of the world. For me, most of the popular books can be organized in one of the three broad categories:

  • Books on human emotions and psychology.
  • Books on society and ways of interacting with other people.
  • Books on phenomena beyond humans such as science, universal laws and philosophy.

It can be seen that the above categories move up higher starting from a single individual and ending with phenomena well beyond the human sphere of interaction. I keep a list of the books, which I wish to read from each of above categories. Perhaps, you might like some of these books.
