Studies from Brown, UCLA, Stanford and the University of Massachusetts all indicate that Mindfulness can help reduce symtopms associated with depression and anxiety, increase attention and improve relationships - with teens too! Researchers, like Sue Smalley, have dedicated their careers exploring the intersectionality of Mindfulness and neurodivergence.
