I have an age column

What should be done? Which formula or automation is right for this?

In monday bd reminders are harder that it looks. You must put the bd date without the year, (put the day and mont with this year date , or next year if has already past) and then make 2 automations one that reminds you that the bd will be coming and a second one to push that date for next year.

When a Manager accesses the Latest Homepage and one or more of his/her direct reports have a birthday or service anniversary then the card will show a list of all direct reports that have a milestone in the month on the For You Today section of the Latest Home Page as shown on screenshot below:

A first reminder appears on the first day of the month will appear as shown above, for all birthdays and work anniversaries on your team in the coming month. A second reminder appears on the day of the milestone as shown on screenshot below:

You can save and edit significant dates in Google Contacts, such as a birthday, anniversary, or other custom date. When you interact with your contact across Google, related significant dates can appear.

Important: Your contact can also add the date of their birthday to their Google profile and make that info visible to others. Any edits you make to your contact applies only to the contact record and not to their Google profile. Only the profile owner can edit the info on their profile.

On the 'Birthdays' section under 'Behaviors', select the templates you'd like to use for the birthday email and text message. You can choose to send the birthday message on, before, or after the birthday date noted in a contact's profile. For example, you can choose to send the birthday message a couple of days before or after the actual birthday date.
