Privacy Policy for Birdmare
Last updated: September 04, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Birdmare ("the App", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and discloses information when you use our mobile application. By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
We do not require you to create an account, and we do not knowingly collect your name, email address, phone number, or any other personally identifiable information directly from you.
App refers to Birdmare, the mobile game developed and operated by us.
Device means any device that can access the App, such as a smartphone or tablet.
Personal Data means any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.
Service Provider means any third-party company that processes data on our behalf, such as our analytics and advertising partners.
You means the individual using the App.
We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, physical address, or any other information that directly identifies you as an individual. The App does not require account creation or login.
When you use the App, certain information is collected automatically by us and by our third-party service providers (described below):
Device or other identifiers — including your device's Advertising ID (Android Advertising ID / Google Advertising ID), which is used for analytics and advertising purposes.
Approximate location — derived from your device or IP address, used for analytics, advertising, and fraud prevention purposes. We do not collect your precise (GPS) location.
App interaction and usage data — including gameplay events (such as when a game session starts or ends, your score, and session duration), screens viewed, and how you interact with in-app advertisements.
App diagnostics and performance data — used to monitor app stability and performance, and to diagnose and fix technical issues.
None of the above data is used to build a profile that directly identifies you by name or contact information.
The App offers an optional one-time in-app purchase to remove advertisements. This purchase is processed entirely through Google Play Billing. We do not receive, collect, or store your payment card details or financial account information — this is handled directly by Google Play in accordance with Google Play's own privacy practices.
We and our third-party service providers use the data described above for the following purposes:
Analytics — to understand how players use and engage with the App, monitor app health, diagnose bugs and crashes, and improve the App's performance and design.
Advertising and monetization — to display in-app advertisements (banner ads) through an ad mediation platform, and to measure ad performance and revenue.
Fraud prevention, security, and compliance — to detect and prevent invalid or fraudulent activity (such as invalid ad clicks or impressions) and to comply with applicable laws.
We use the following third-party services, each of which may independently collect and process data as described in their own privacy policies:
Google Firebase (Firebase Analytics) — Used for analytics. Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
Google AdMob — Used for advertising / ad mediation. Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy

You can reset or limit the use of your device's Advertising ID at any time through your device settings:
Android: Settings > Google > Ads > Delete advertising ID (or "Opt out of Ads Personalization", depending on your Android version).
We retain the data described in this Policy only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above, or as required by applicable law. Analytics and diagnostic data are generally retained for a limited period unless needed for security, legal, or app-improvement purposes.
