Birchwood Improvement Association, Inc. manages the Birchwood Special Community Benefit District for the Fernbrook subdivision in Arnold, MD.

We are a community of 96 homes in the Fernbrook subdivision of Arnold, MD. As a community, we own two deeded properties that are managed by Birchwood Improvement Association, Inc. under the Birchwood Special Community Benefit District.

Our pier property is located between the Haskell Drive and Howard Avenue cul-de-sacs. Our wooded property is located behind the homes that run along Haskell Drive with an access road halfway down Haskell Drive.
