Campground Rules

• Only 1 unit per site.

• Speed limit no faster than 10 MPH.

• Check in at 2 pm, Check out by 11 am.

• Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

• No littering or unruly behavior.

• Guests must clean up after pets and must be kept on a leash and in control at all times.

• All fires must be in designated areas.

• No site alterations.

• If you are under 18, you must camp with a guardian. 

• RVs or Travel Trailers must be in good working order and appearance.

• No dumping gray water on the ground.

• We reserve the right to refuse access to any guests whose vehicle is deemed to be unacceptable.

• Tenants and Guests are responsible for any damage or injury caused by themselves, their children and/or pets.

• Tenant assumes any and all risks associated with the foregoing and agrees to hold the property harmless from and indemnify property against the same.

• The property is not responsible for any lost or stolen articles, or personal injury or damage from any cause.

• The property is privately owned and we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone as deemed necessary. Violation of any rule or state law is grounds for dismissal from the park without a refund.

• We reserve the right to evict any person(s) who does not comply with the rules and policies.
