Volunteering at the BIPOC Sangha
Volunteering at the BIPOC Sangha
The BIPOC Sangha functions through our members’ practice of service to the community. We strive to cultivate a culture of volunteering amongst new and old alike. Volunteering is a fun way for new members to find their way into the community, and an opportunity to “give back” for those who have limited financial means or want to express their gratitude. Volunteering is also a spiritual practice–our set-up team members are encouraged to ‘bow in’ before and ‘bow out’ after their service to the sangha.
With so many teachings and practice opportunities, the BIPOC Sangha relies on the generous offerings of time and effort from volunteers. Whatever your gifts and talents are, the sangha can benefit from your gift of time and effort. We have a variety of opportunities, and the best gift is one that speaks to your own interests.
