Poster abstracts must be submitted online by the presenting author.  海報摘要發表請由發表者完成線上投稿

1.Abstracts must be submitted under one of the following three topics. 摘要需選擇以下3個主題之一投稿。

B. Biotechnology生物技術

S. Smart agriculture智慧農業

F. Food security食品安全

2.Abstracts must be original. 摘要必須原創。

3.Abstracts must be submitted via our online Poster Abstract Submission google form. 摘要投稿須經由本研討會的線上摘要投稿表單。

4.The submitted research work can be presented by one of authors, who completed online registration. 研究發表可由其中一位完成線上註冊的作者。

5.All correspondence concerning the abstract will be sent to the presenting and corresponding authors by e-mail. The accepted abstract will also be announced in the latest news on the website starting from October 19, 2025. 所有摘要相關信件將透過電子郵件發送給發表作者和通訊作者，接受的摘要與編號也將自2025年10月19日起公布於大會最新消息網頁。

6.The Scientific Program Committee reserves the right to reject any abstract when it considers not to be appropriate in relation to the congress criteria. 如摘要與大會標準不符，委員會保留拒絕任何摘要的權利。

7.Submission deadline: October 3, 2024 (Friday) 投稿截止日期：2024年10月3日(星期五)

Poster abstracts must be submitted online by the presenting author.海報摘要發表請由發表者完成線上投稿。

1.Abstracts must be presented in English and limited to one A4 page (one-inch margins).摘要須以英文撰寫並以一頁A4為限（邊界為一英吋）。

2.Tables or figures are not allowed.  摘要不得使用表格或圖片。

3.Font and line spacing: Times New Roman, 16 points. 字體與間距：Times New Roman，字型大小16點。

4.Title: 14 points, bold, center align, capitalize the first letter of every word except prepositions. 標題：字型大小14點、粗體、置中對齊，每個單字的首字母需大寫（介詞除外）。

5.Author(s): Full Name (last name + first name), 12 points, center align, add a superscript asterisk after the corresponding author, underline the presenting author. 作者：姓名，字型大小12點、置中對齊；通訊作者後加上標星號，發表作者需加底線。

6.Author department and affiliation: 12 points, center align, separate each different department (same affiliation) or different affiliation by a semicolon, begin different department/affiliation with different superscript number. 作者所屬單位與部門：字型大小12點、置中對齊；同機構不同部門或不同機構須以分號區隔，不同部門/機構前加不同的上標數字。

7.Abstract content: 12 points, left align, must contain background and aim, methods, results and conclusion. 摘要內文：字型大小12點、靠左對齊，需包含背景與目標、方法、結果及結論。

8.Keywords: 12 points, left align, separate each keyword (3-7) by a comma. 關鍵字：字型大小12點、靠左對齊，3-7個關鍵字以逗號區隔。

9.Subsidy unit and the project number (if desired): If the submitted abstract is part of a subsidy project from the Ministry of Science and Technology or other units, please indicate the subsidy unit and the project number. 資助單位與計畫編號（如需要）：若摘要屬於科技部或其他單位計畫的一部分，請註明資助單位與計畫編號。

10.File format: All submissions should be saved in Microsoft Word format (Word 2007 or later) and sent via our online Poster Abstract Submission google form. 檔案格式：所有摘要須以 Microsoft Word 格式（Word 2007 或更新版本）存檔，並經由本研討會的線上摘要投稿表單上傳。

11.File name: Name in the format of "the name of the presenting author-affiliation" (using the first letter to stand for the first name, plus full last name, e.g., J Doe stands for John Doe; CL Wei for Chia-Li Wei). For example: J Doe-National Chiayi University. 檔案名稱：格式為「發表作者英文姓名-機構」（姓名以第一個字母縮寫+完整姓氏，例如 J Doe 代表 John Doe；CL Wei 代表 Chia-Li Wei）。範例：CL Wei-National Chiayi University。

1.All poster content must be presented in English. 所有海報內容需以英文呈現。

2.The poster size is 90-cm wide × 120-cm high, and the color and format are not limited.   海報尺寸寬 90 cm × 高 120 cm，顏色及格式不拘。

3.Please bring your own poster and post it in the designated area where the paper number indicates by 9:00 a.m. on October 31; and the scheduled poster session is 1:50 ~ 2:30 p.m. 發表者請自備海報，並於10月31日上午9點00分前，張貼於論文編號位置並於當天下午1:50 ~ 2:30時解說。 

4.All posters must be taken off by 5:40 p.m. on October 31; the remaining posters will be cleaned out after the deadline and will not be returned to the author(s)。所有海報請於下午5:40前拆除，未撤除者，將由工作人員逕行處理，恕不發還。

5.Vertical poster boards and stationery are provided on site, but there is no projection equipment or power supply. 現場備有立式海報板及張貼文具，無放映設備及電源。
