This Privacy Policy describes how Bioscope Tv ("we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use our mobile application Bioscope Tv (the "App"). The App helps you discover movies and TV series, view details, watch trailers, and save favorites.
By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Bioscope Tv does not require you to create an account. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or payment information.
The App may store the following data locally on your device only:
Favorites: movies or series you mark as favorites (title, IDs, and related metadata from our content provider).
Cached images: poster and backdrop images may be cached temporarily to improve performance.
This local data is not transmitted to our servers. It is removed when you uninstall the App or clear the App's storage from your device settings.

Network connectivity status — to check whether the device is online before loading content.
Device and app technical data — such as device type, operating system version, app version, language, and general usage signals needed to display content and ads.
Advertising identifier (Advertising ID) — used by our advertising partners to deliver and measure ads, where permitted by your device settings and applicable law.
IP address and general location — may be processed by third-party services (content APIs, ad networks, video providers) at the network level; we do not collect precise GPS location.

Display movie and TV series information, images, cast, and trailers.
Save and show your favorites on your device.
Keep the App working, secure, and responsive.

TMDB data and images are used under TMDB's terms. Bioscope Tv is not endorsed, certified, or otherwise approved by TMDB.
Bioscope Tv is supported by ads. Our ad partners may use cookies, device identifiers, and similar technologies to show personalized or non-personalized ads, limit ad frequency, and measure ad performance.
Your choices on Android:
Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization
Settings → Privacy → Ads (on supported devices)
Opting out does not remove ads entirely; you may still see non-personalized advertisements.
The App may request or use the following Android permissions:
Internet — load movie data, images, trailers, and ads.
Network state — detect connectivity.
Advertising ID — ad delivery and measurement.
Bioscope Tv does not access your contacts, camera, microphone, SMS, calendar, or precise location.
We do not sell your personal information. Data may be shared only with the third-party providers listed in Section 3, when required by law, or to protect our rights and users' safety.
Local favorites and cache remain on your device until you delete them or uninstall the App.
Third-party partners retain data according to their own policies.
Bioscope Tv is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including countries where our service providers operate. Those countries may have different data protection laws.
