These Terms apply worldwide. Where your local consumer-protection law provides stronger rights, that law prevails.

1) License grant

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use BioPlay for personal educational purposes, subject to these Terms and app-store rules. For iOS, these Terms supplement Apple’s Standard EULA.

2) License restrictions

You agree not to:

• share, rent, lease, sublicense, sell or resell access;

• reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble or circumvent security/DRM;

• scrape, run unauthorized bots or overload the service;

• copy, export or distribute app assets (code, art, audio, text) outside the app unless expressly permitted;

• use the app unlawfully or in violation of IP or privacy rights.

3) Subscriptions & billing

• Auto-renewing plans: Monthly and 6-month. Prices shown in-app; taxes may apply.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.

• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

• Turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid charges.

• Free trials (if offered) convert to paid unless cancelled in time. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

• Refunds/disputes follow App Store policies. We do not issue refunds outside the store.

• Manage on iOS: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions.

• (Android, if applicable): Google Play → Payments & subscriptions.

4) Account & acceptable use

You are responsible for safeguarding credentials. Personal study only; classroom/commercial deployment requires our written permission. We may suspend or terminate for material breaches or unlawful use.

5) Educational content & exam disclaimer

Content aligns with curricula where possible, but is not endorsed by awarding bodies and does not guarantee exam outcomes. The app is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice.

6) Minors & parents

May be used by minors. Where required by law, certain features (e.g., analytics/messaging) may require parental/guardian consent. We currently do not show personalised ads.

7) Third-party services

The app may rely on third-party services, including Google Firebase (authentication, cloud database, diagnostics/Crashlytics, and—if enabled—messaging). Such services have their own terms and privacy policies.

8) Availability, updates & changes

Provided “as is” and “as available.” Features and pricing may change; interruptions may occur. Material changes will be announced in-app.

9) Intellectual property

All rights in the app, code, design, illustrations and other materials belong to IE “Hexa.bilim” or licensors. Third-party/open-source licenses are listed in Settings → About → Licenses. Redistribution outside the app is prohibited unless a license allows it.

10) User content (if applicable)

If you upload/post content, you represent you have rights. You grant us a revocable, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display and technically process that content solely to operate the app. Unlawful or infringing content is prohibited.

11) Termination

You may stop using the app at any time; manage your subscription via store settings. We may restrict or terminate for material breaches or unlawful use.

12) Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties (including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement).

13) Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or punitive damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to subscription fees you paid in the preceding 12 months, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

14) Governing law & disputes

Unless your local mandatory law provides otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan and disputes are subject to its courts. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence apply regardless of this clause. App-store rules may prevail for billing/distribution.

15) Privacy

Personal data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy (in-app: Settings → About → Privacy). You can request data export or account deletion there  (in-app: Settings → Account).

16) Miscellaneous

• Force majeure: no liability for delays/failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

• Severability: if any provision is invalid, the rest remains effective.

• No waiver: failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.

• Entire agreement: these Terms, the Privacy Policy and applicable store rules form the entire agreement.

• Changes: we may update Terms; material changes will be notified in-app and the Effective date updated.
