• To Provide and Improve the App: To operate and maintain the App, provide customer support, develop new features, and improve the overall user experience.

• To Provide In-App Hints via Rewarded Ads: The "Get a Hint" feature relies on rewarded video advertisements. Information (like advertising identifiers) is used by our ad partners to serve these ads.

• For Analytics: To understand how users engage with the App, identify popular topics, and gather diagnostic information to fix bugs and improve performance.

• To Serve Advertisements: To display rewarded advertisements through third-party ad networks. These networks may use collected information to show ads they believe are relevant to you.

BioPath offers users the option to receive in-app benefits, such as hints for quiz questions, by watching rewarded video advertisements. These ads are served by third-party ad networks. By choosing to watch a rewarded ad, you acknowledge that these ad networks may collect and use data about you to serve these ads, as outlined in their respective privacy policies and subject to your device's ad tracking settings.

7. Children's Privacy

BioPath is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the relevant age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect Personally Identifiable Information from children. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected PII from a child without verification of parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information from our servers.
