The Extension is designed to improve the readability of text on webpages. It does not collect, sell, or share your personal information.
The Extension does not collect or store:

Browsing history
Personal documents
Financial information
Personally identifiable information
When you activate the Extension, it temporarily processes the text on the webpage currently open in your browser to apply Bionic Reading formatting.
This processing is performed locally within your browser whenever possible. The text is used only to generate the reading format and is not stored after processing.
If you customize settings such as reading intensity or other preferences, those settings may be stored locally in your browser using Chrome's storage API. These settings remain on your device unless you remove the Extension or clear your browser data.
The Extension does not sell your data to third parties.
If future versions integrate optional third-party services (such as cloud synchronization or analytics), this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.
The Extension requests only the permissions necessary to provide its functionality. These permissions are used solely to:
Apply Bionic Reading formatting to webpages you choose.
Save your extension preferences.
Enable the Extension to function properly.
The Extension does not monitor your browsing activity beyond what is required to perform the requested formatting.
The Extension is not directed toward children under the age of 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
